Our Upcoming Community Engagements

February 21st, 2026 at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo

Join us at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo as we celebrate Black History Month through community, culture, and connection. On February 21, our team will be onsite engaging families and visitors with fun, interactive activities, hands-on learning, and resourceful information that highlights African American history, creativity, and wellness.

This community engagement is designed to create an inviting space where children and adults can explore history through play, art, and conversation while learning more about our museum’s mission, programs, and upcoming opportunities. Stop by our table to connect, participate, and celebrate Black history in a joyful, family-friendly environment.
